We work with our Wash Partners to provide them with a platform to advertise their unlimited monthly car wash plans and attract new customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Onsite Sales Associate is a key member of our EverWash Ignite team who is onsite at our car wash partner lot(s), engaging with customers and growing wash membership sales. The ideal candidate is energetic and outgoing, not averse to being outside, and driven to make as much money as possible! With a competitive base wage and uncapped commission earned for each car wash monthly membership sold, this is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking for a new side (or primary) hustle. You will:

• Shadow and train under a member of our Partner Success team to learn our sales process and strategy - we'll make sure you're set up for success!
• Greet wash customers in a friendly and helpful manner while identifying membership sale opportunities.
• Grow our car wash memberships, cross-sell gift cards, etc., through customer education and by answering questions regarding products and services.
• Successful candidates can turn this into a career with us, growing into future opportunities for bigger and better things, including pivoting to other internal teams

PAY & SCHEDULE:

• Competitive base salary ($40-50K, or an equivalent hourly rate)
• Guaranteed commission for the first two weeks as you learn our sales pitch.
• Uncapped sales commissions ongoing. Estimated $20+ per hour based on sales abilities.
• Flexible schedule, job can be full or part-time.
• Not remote work eligible at this time but lots of growth potential!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• A positive attitude and high energy level in a fast- paced environment.
• The ability to proactively engage with customers and effectively drive car wash sales and memberships.
• Prior work experience in a position involving customer service and/or sales position is a plus.
• The ability to perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, and stooping.
• Resilience in all types of weather conditions.
